z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Apoyo a la autonom\u00eda en el propio hogar<\/strong><\/h1>\n<blockquote>\n<p>El programa de <strong>Apoyo a la autonom\u00eda en el propio hogar<\/strong> da respuesta a la necesidad de un n\u00famero importante de personas con <strong>Funcionamiento Intelectual L\u00edmite<\/strong> y <strong>Discapacidad Intelectual<\/strong> que no son perfil de recursos de vivienda como pueden ser los hogares residencias, pero tampoco pueden vivir de forma independiente sin apoyo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Atendemos a <strong>personas<\/strong> que viven <strong>solas con\u00a0<\/strong><b>autonom\u00eda<\/b> suficiente para <strong>gestionar su propia vivienda y su vida<\/strong> con una\u00a0<b>supervisi\u00f3n puntual<\/b>. Tambi\u00e9n, atendemos a\u00a0 <strong>personas que viven con sus\u00a0<\/strong><b>familias<\/b> y\u00a0<b>necesitan un apoyo al domicilio <\/b>para comenzar a trabajar aspectos de vida aut\u00f3noma. Este acompa\u00f1amiento se realiza tanto en su propia vivienda, como en comunidad, posibilitando su autonom\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Principales \u00e1reas de
