Servei d’Inserci\u00f3 Laboral<\/strong><\/h1>\n

El Servei d’inserci\u00f3 laboral<\/strong> d’acidH est\u00e0 destinat a orientar i afavorir la inserci\u00f3 laboral<\/strong> a totes aquelles persones amb Funcionament Intel\u00b7lectual L\u00edmit (FIL)<\/strong>, Discapacitat Intel\u00b7lectual Lleugera (DIL)<\/strong>\u00a0 i altres diversitats que volen millorar la seva ocupabilitat<\/strong> i definir el seu projecte professional.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A partir del diagn\u00f2stic ocupacional<\/strong> de cada persona, es pacta un itinerari individualitzat<\/strong> que contempla un conjunt d’accions que afavoreixen el desenvolupament d’habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong> necess\u00e0ries per a l’acc\u00e9s al mercat laboral i pel manteniment del treball.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. SIOAS<\/h2>\n

\u00c9s un servei d’orientaci\u00f3, acompanyament i suport a la inserci\u00f3<\/strong> de persones amb FIL<\/strong>, Discapacitat Intel\u00b7lectual Lleugera i altres diversitats. <\/strong>T\u00e9 com a objectiu<\/strong> la inserci\u00f3 laboral a l’empresa ordin\u00e0ria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

Est\u00e0 adre\u00e7at a persones entre 16 i 65 anys<\/strong>, demandants d’ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>, no ocupades o en millora de feina<\/strong>, inscrites al SOC<\/strong> i a persones treballadores<\/strong> en fase de seguiment a la inserci\u00f3<\/strong> i que requereixen la metodologia de Treball Amb Suport (TAS).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

SIOAS 2022\/23. Servei integral d\u2019orientaci\u00f3, acompanyament i suport a la inserci\u00f3 de les persones amb discapacitat. Expedient n\u00famero STC012\/22\/000044. Singulars \u00e9s un programa d’orientaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 laboral<\/strong> adre\u00e7at a persones joves<\/strong>, entre 16 i 29 anys<\/strong> amb FIL, Discapacitat Inte\u00b7lectual Lleugera<\/strong> i altres diversitats<\/strong> que volen incorporar-se al mercat laboral<\/strong> o retornar al sistema educatiu<\/strong>. El programa inclou una formaci\u00f3<\/strong> a mida d’atenci\u00f3 al client<\/strong>, amb pr\u00e0ctiques en empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n
