z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Servicios a las empresas<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Desde el <strong>Servicio de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral de acidH<\/strong>, ofrecemos servicios sin coste a las <strong>empresas,<\/strong> relacionados con la contractaci\u00f3n de personas con <strong>Funcionamiento Intelectual L\u00edmite (FIL)<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>Discapacidad Intelectual Ligera (DIL)<\/strong>. Tiene el objectivo <strong>de acompa\u00f1ar a las empresas<\/strong> y\u00a0<strong>facilitar los procesos para la incorporaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de personal al equipo y favorecer el \u00e9xito de la inserci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hacemos acciones de <strong>Intermediaci\u00f3n Laboral,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Asesoramiento a las Empresas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Treball amb suport (TAS) y<\/strong><strong> Convenios<\/strong> de <strong>pr\u00e1cticas formativas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El equipo de prospecci\u00f3n<\/strong> trabaja para dar mayor visibilidad al\u00a0<strong>colectivo<\/strong> en la <strong>sociedad<\/strong> y en el <strong>mundo empresarial<\/strong> apostando para que las <strong>contrataciones<\/strong> vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del estricto <strong>cumplimiento<\/strong> de la contrataci\u00f3n a partir de la <strong>Ley General de la Discapacidad<\/strong> (antigua LISMI) favoreciendo <strong>procesos de inserci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong> en la <strong>empresa ordinaria<\/strong> seg\u00fan <strong>par\u00e1metros \u00e9ticos<\/strong> y que dignifiquen a la persona.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner admin_label=&#8221;Row&#8221;][et_pb_column_inner type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
